All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. VaporaHome is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 business days after your order is placed.
We ship worldwide to most international destinations.
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 business days after your order is placed.
Please note that international delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your country, local postal services, and customs processing times. VaporaHome is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local delivery services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping promotions, when available, will be automatically applied at checkout and clearly indicated on the product page or during a promotional campaign.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@vaporahome.com with your order number and we will look into it promptly.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or pickup. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the carrier to arrange delivery.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@vaporahome.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work quickly to send you a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
While we do everything we can to meet our estimated delivery times, please be aware that delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or customs processing for international orders. These situations are outside of our control and VaporaHome cannot be held responsible for such delays.
