The following items are not eligible for return : Items returned more than 90 days after the delivery date, items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or accidents, items with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging that were included at the time of purchase, items marked as final sale at the time of purchase, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Returning your VaporaHome product is simple. Follow these steps:
Step 1 — Contact Us Email us at contact@vaporahome.com with the subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]". Please include:
Step 2 — Receive Your Return Authorization Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Do not send your item back before receiving your RMA number — returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
Step 3 — Pack Your Item Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, attachments, documentation, and any bonus items that came with your order. Place the RMA number visibly on the outside of the package.
Step 4 — Ship Your Return Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization email. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number — VaporaHome is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return.
Step 5 — Receive Your Refund Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

If the return is due to our error or a product defect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
If you are returning for personal reasons (change of mind, ordered by mistake, etc.), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a cost-effective trackable service such as USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card or payment method.
