At VaporaHome, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we've made our return process as simple and straightforward as possible.


1. Our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all VaporaHome products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.

No lengthy explanations needed. If it's not right for you, we'll make it right.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is initiated within 90 days of the delivery date
  • The item is in its original condition — unused or lightly used for testing purposes
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, attachments, manuals, and any items that were included in the box
  • The item is free from damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
  • You have proof of purchase — your order confirmation email or order number

Items that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return : Items returned more than 90 days after the delivery date, items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or accidents, items with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging that were included at the time of purchase, items marked as final sale at the time of purchase, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Returning your VaporaHome product is simple. Follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact Us Email us at contact@vaporahome.com with the subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]". Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return (optional but appreciated — it helps us improve)
  • A photo of the item and packaging if the product is damaged or defective

Step 2 — Receive Your Return Authorization Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Do not send your item back before receiving your RMA number — returns sent without authorization may not be processed.

Step 3 — Pack Your Item Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, attachments, documentation, and any bonus items that came with your order. Place the RMA number visibly on the outside of the package.

Step 4 — Ship Your Return Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization email. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number — VaporaHome is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return.

Step 5 — Receive Your Refund Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

If the return is due to our error or a product defect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

If you are returning for personal reasons (change of mind, ordered by mistake, etc.), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a cost-effective trackable service such as USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.


6. Refunds

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card or payment method.

Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the time it takes for the refund to appear on your bank statement or credit card depends on your financial institution and is outside of our control.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, including:

  • Items returned with missing accessories or parts
  • Items that show signs of use beyond reasonable testing
  • Items returned without original packaging

Original Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, we recommend:

  1. Initiating a return for your original item following the process above
  2. Placing a new order for the desired item

This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees product availability.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@vaporahome.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the damage or defect
  • Photos or a short video showing the issue

We will prioritize your case and offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • A free replacement unit shipped to you at no cost
  • A full refund including original shipping costs
  • A partial refund if the damage is minor and the product remains functional

We may ask you to return the defective item using a prepaid label we provide, or we may allow you to keep it depending on the situation.


9. Items Lost or Damaged in Return Transit

VaporaHome is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We strongly recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service
  • Keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number until your refund is confirmed
  • Considering shipping insurance for higher-value returns

If a return package is lost in transit, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.


10. Late Returns

Return requests submitted after the 90-day window will not be eligible for a standard refund. However, if your product develops a defect after the return window, you may still be covered under our 12-month limited product warranty. Please refer to our Terms of Sale for warranty details or contact us at contact@vaporahome.com to discuss your situation.

We handle each case individually and always aim to find a fair solution.


11. Fraudulent Returns

VaporaHome reserves the right to refuse returns that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, including but not limited to returning a different item than what was purchased, returning items that have been intentionally damaged, or repeat return abuse. We reserve the right to ban accounts involved in fraudulent return activity.
